RecommendedI've read over some of these reviews after speaking with Brain Ellis at godish dot com for over 45 min!! I am blown away at the customer support, the patience, and product knowledge this man had! He couldn't find a product that fit my needs at my location, and STILL explained technical terms, the ins and outs of internet service, what the different types were (dsl, fiber, satellite) and had answers to every little question I had. UPDATE: So funny you all tell me to have my father call you only to have you all put it off to the 3rd Party that promises the gift card. Completely ridiculous. DO NO SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE! So my elderly Father signed up for this service and as you can see it says he was supposed to get a $200 gift card and he never received it. Dish says it’s thru a third party. Why is it that places promise you things to get you to take their service and then once they have your $ your screwed??? DO NOT SIGN UP FIR THIS SERVICE!

Hi Lisa, the $200 gift card is for customers who purchased both internet and TV services. If you can, please privately message us the email, phone, and address used to sign up for the account and we'll look into this for you.
I was told that I would recieve a $100 gift card when I signed up. After waiting months to recieve it I checked on it today. I was told that I had 60 days to "claim" it, I was never told this by the sales rep when I signed up. I'm sure that the call was recorded so that you can follow up on my claim. Ridiculous.

Do not use this service. They promise you a gift card, but give you the run around and do not send the card as promised. It's a scam.

I have been receiving emails from Dish for the last month. I am not located in USA and do not use your dish service because I'm not located in USA. You should better verify your customers informations. It's so annoying getting email from you every month.
My 81 year old dad signed up for their service and he is not getting what he paid for and he can't get it straightened out. I live out of the country and am unable to help him. Very disappointed☹️
Never received my gift card after two months. I called three times and nothing then went and tried to sign up as a new customer and finally they called me. Said I waited to late to claim it. I'm also filing a formal complaint.
