I think Go Red for woman is one of the greatest awareness they can provide. To open everyone's eyes that every 80 seconds a woman will die from heart disease. I had myself congestive heart failure and a mild stroke in 2005. Was in the hospital and could not believe they drained so much fluid off my heart and body over-night I loss 20lbs. in one night.
