Every single person I’ve had contact with at GMC has been incredible. We have had a bedroom and en-suite wet room installed recently and can’t praise everyone involved enough. Elias has always made time for me and answered any of my questions super quickly. The guys doing the groundwork before the room was transported down were friendly and helpful even after working all day in awful weather conditions. Well well what do I say about this company STAY AWAY iv had nothing but problems first of all they came out everything was good kept me informed of the build, The next stage was the pad they came out done it forgot to tell building regs, the whole way through, next the pod was delivered in winter so they knocked the wall through to the house put the pod in and left me with a massive gap and the cold coming through the house for over a week, next thing had a leak when they were connecting everything so floor had to be redone ... read more

Following our daughter being diagnosed with a neurological disorder and becoming a full time wheelchair user we needed to have our current home adapted to suit her needs. We first met the team from GMC in March 2022 where they put forward the concept of Green Modular Construction, it would mean the much needed extension would be built offsite and craned in once ready. We have just had our modular extension installed and we are absolutely over the moon with it the quality is outstanding and the whole process from start to finish has been Amazing this is going to make our life so much easier especially for our son who has cerebral palsy we are so very thankful to you all.Alex and Elias were professional and helpful and kept us up to date with everything i highly recommend them to anyone .
