Arrived after a 3 hour drive to be told they've double booked and we can't stay. Pouring with rain on half term. Incredibly poor way to run a business.  Cottages Host Hello, unfortunately this booking is unable to go ahead as the property is already booked. We have asked Airbnb to look to relocate you or issue a full refund.
