Really bad smell of mould and Really dirty avoid at all cost

Poor accomodation , shabby building ,musty smelling carpets and bedding. Not recommended for families or children. Additional charge for damage or theft taken at time of getting access cards. This was never mentioned before booking.
Poor qualities in customer care. Told to email complaint & a manager would respond. 4 weeks later still no response , refund of room deposit took 12 days,when staff said 3-5 days . It's,cheap run down premises close to town yes but close to being regarded as a doss house
