I went in for a root touch up recently, and requested for a platinum white overall colour, to match the rest of my hair. I was happy enough with the service before I got home, but upon looking at my hair in different lighting, it was completely ash grey, there were patches of yellow at my roots and even dark patches where my regrowth was left untouched. Not before time i want to say a huge thanks to all the gals at Gloss Glo. A visit here is like being amongst friends. i would never go anywhere else, i made that mistake recently which resulted in huge disappointment. Had a hair appt to correct with Natalie last night and she has worked absolute wonders. Love my new colour, your attentive eye to detail and can do attitude shines through in my new bonce…. love love love, thank you all
