Camped for a couple days while mountain biking with my boys. The place has all the basics including somewhere to store the bikes for a small fee. Literally across the road from the mtb trails so ideal as a base camp.

I found the layout difficult took ages to find the pitch then the adjacent pitch was occupied by a caravan with huge awning. Eventually got pitch D up the hill good spot. I had thought tent pitches would be separate.The guy was helpful on the phone.Thrice stopped by barrier had to press help.

Stayed 2 nights, pitch was good size and level, water tap close by and ehu. Never saw any staff while staying. Great cafe close by. Unfortunately the shower and toilets haven't been cleaned for days, food waste in the full bin for days, sinks are disgusting I had to clean before I could use it. The showers haven't been cleaned for weeks fluff and dirt in all the corners, dirty smudges on the wall of the cubicles. Such a shame as an easy fix, but seems to be a lack of interest by management .
