Awful customer service, and rude, shameful, money-grabbing management. My Wife's online booking was cancelled by the company immediately within minutes of transaction, however they flatly refused to give her a refund (the interaction was with her, not myself). There is no reasonable excuse for this kind of behaviour. I would avoid the hotel. They say the fish rots from the head down, and my interactions with the Manager don't paint a great picture of what may be lurking beneath. Nor does the ignorant response below.
Great place to stay for a quiet weekend retreat. Wonderful views and very upmarket rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.
