Parked our campervan in the carpark & stayed for the night. A really nice friendly welcome from the staff & some locals in the bar. Limited menu on a Sunday but the roast was delicious and a nice pint to go with it. Beautiful location & stunning views with a lovely walk up to the cairn on the hill. Excellent overall & we will return next year 😁 John & Kat

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 3 jours à Glenisla hôtel. Accueil chaleureux, nourriture excellente et chambres très propres et coquettes. Nous avons même assisté à un concert improvisé donné par les personnes proches de l’hôtel au pub de l’établissement. Possibilités de jolies randos autour et trail de cateran. Produits locaux et joli café (petits-déjeuners délicieux) à Peel Farm à 15’ en voiture. Adresse que nous recommandons !
Sept-25 - Visited for food twice during our week stay in the area, having eaten here the previous year. Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is wonderful. For me, I really enjoyed the Cullen Skink and a perfectly cooked steak, although when accompanied by a steak sauce (the Whiskey Sauce is sublime!) would prefer a plate to a wood board. Hubby's pick of the meals were the Haggis Bonbons and Stalker Pie. Great choice of drinks to accompany too.
Sehr abseits gelegen überrascht dieses Hotel uns mit einem schönen und großen Zimmer. Alles ist hier sehr unkompliziert. Das Restaurant bietet sehr leckere und große Gerichte. Das Frühstück kann man sich morgens selbst nach seinem Geschmack zubereiten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Hier würden wir gerne auch für mehrere Tage bleiben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
