Update 2026: I've just seen that Glencraft have responded after 6 years! Well, in response to what they have said below, no, the issue was not resolved and they know it. Why not fix the issue back then and give excellent customer service instead of being rude and gaslighting? What's most disappointing is that I could have just bought a Hypnos or other high-end brand, but I made a conscious decision to support not only a local business but also a charity. Absolutely first class. The mattresses are of extremely high quality. They even offer a delivery service into your room of choice and the option to take away your old mattress. Very highly recommended
Lady who answers the phone is very rude. Needs to work on her customer service skills
