We spent much of our week just relaxing in the cottage and the fascinating courtyard garden, listening to the peregrinnes on the nearby church tower. We hardly felt any need to go beyond the gate.||Just a couple of caveats. To park near the cottages, the public car park curently costs £5.90 per day.
