Carl had already done a great job of building an extension to our house and we had no hesitation in asking him to take on this second big job. An experienced and accomplished project manager, he has very good communication skills, listening and keeping people updated on progress. Carl and the team were quality from start to finish. Came and gave some advise as well as a quote early on, once we had agreed to go ahead it all moved quite quickly. They were courteous whilst in the house and kept in touch throughout. When extra things came up they were upfront about costs and there were no issues. After it was finished a few bits needed tweaking and they came back to do so without hesitation. Will use them again for other work.
