Bad customer service ,staff was really rude, they think like giving the products for free or we came to steel their things.Never recommend this shop and never go again.
Been into the shop twice now spent over £20 pound on makeup up to get home and them not even be in the bag won’t be going back to this shop.
One particular member of staff shouted at me while I was swatching a lip gloss I intended to buy on my hand. I'm a usual customer and I've never been treated like this before so I'm assuming she was new. Will not be coming back again.
Came into today as I know the store has No7 serums heavily discounted. Staff were lovely and helpful and I was helped to choose a spray which is a copy of the Chanel one. All the staff seem to have a good bond which I always think is nice to see
