Absolutely awful. One of the staff members was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I asked a straightforward question about hair extensions and was snapped at with a blunt “no,” like I was an inconvenience for even speaking. No explanation, no manners, nothing. The woman I spoke to was completely full of herself, far more interested in gossiping with other staff about nights out than doing her actual job. I went in the other day and staff sold me a tester concealer eith different packaging which she claimed "hadn't been used and is new" ,opened it the next day and it had fingerprints and glitter on it. Staff are also too persistent and constantly over your shoulder
I visited the Wigan shop yesterday through recommendation and was pleased to be assisted by very attentive Staff. I managed to get the perfume copy version of the products I was after however, after getting home and opening the cellophane wrap I found one product was wet inside. When I removed the bottle the top was completely off and half my perfume had leaked into the thick packaging. I went in recently with my mother, we were Xmas shopping and like a wonder and a browse before actually buying . 10 steps in someone asked if we needed help, I replied " no thank you we are just browsing" and other 10 steps asked again by another Woman, I replied again with the same answer, then another 10 steps and accosted again. I love this stop but this pestering has got to stop, it puts people off ..
