I usually go to another salon to do my hair etc but they were booked up so I found on the internet this salon and attended it. I must say I was significantly pleasantly surprised. My hairdresser Lovely was absolutely superb and my hair was stunning once she had worked on it - root colour, wash, dry and styling. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, pleasant and warm. The salon also looked clean. I had a layer cut done at Glam & Co in Hounslow and absolutely loved the result! Paras, my stylist, was friendly, professional, and really knew what he was doing. He took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me a cut that added so much shape and volume to my hair. The salon itself was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxed atmosphere. I’m definitely coming back and would highly recommend Paras and the team to anyone looking for a great haircut!

I had an amazing experience with Dilan! Her customer service is absolutely top-notch — warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and the results from the laser hair removal have been fantastic. I noticed a real difference after just a few sessions.
