was with my partner and two dogs. A fantastic place. Truly quiet, peaceful, and full of animals. Deer even came to the windows. The forest was very close... stunning views. The cottage was equipped with everything you need, from glasses and plates to household appliances and clothespins Very clear. No signal or internet... that was a huge plus for us. I've already booked a two-week stay next year. Out of five stars... I give it 15 . I recommend it. See you next year
What a place to spend my 50th , location is out of this world. One of the most cosy places I've had the pleasure of staying. The cottage was immaculate on arrival with the log basket full. Kitchen was beautifully designed and the thick brick walls just scream history. Fabulous views from every angle, forest walks with the dog refreshing the mind and clearing the lungs. Without a doubt definitely in my top 3 places so far. 100% be returning
Very peaceful in a good location loads of red deer come down from the woods in front of the cottage
We have been here many times and it is our most favourite place. For us it is like family. Our sons first holiday 19 years ago was there. Our first holiday together around 24 years ago was here. We really find it a home from home and for us it is perfect. Jx
