Ladies only Gym. Very friendly and positive environment. Would definitely recommend if you feel intimidated in a mixed gym
Great gym. Key card access would be great, maybe an extra door in the front for more privacy? And a smith machine would be nice. Manager, gym staff and members are lovely and so friendly! Hijab friendly gym
A fantastic girls-only gym with a really safe and welcoming environment. Laila, Claire, and all the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and supported. There’s a great variety of classes, plenty of good equipment, and it’s excellent value for money. Highly recommend!”
I joined Girls Allowed Gym after having two children and wanting to finally loose weight and improve my overall fitness. After seeing that they offered Reformer Pilates I was keen to really go for it and I absolutely LOVE IT. I have been doing it weekly for around 6 months now and I have lost the weight and feel so much stronger and comfortable in my own skin. I personally can’t recommend Girls Allowed Gyms and all their lovely staff enough. Thank you ladies! xxx
