Lauren absolutely saved the day today! I was horrified by a cut I’d had earlier in the day, somewhere else, and she fit me in at the last minute and gave me a fantastic cut. Seriously grateful to her understanding and compassion. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

Had been growing out a bad haircut that I got elsewhere and was feeling a real mess. Explained this to the friendly member of staff on reception and she put me in the capable hands of Lauren who cut my curly hair into a lovely shape. Felt so much better as I left the salon where I was made to feel so welcome and will happily visit again x

First time at this Salon today My apologies for my lateness due to bus not turning up. fortunatley for me Lauren cut my hair and did exactly what I asked for, it doesn't always go right when you are first time in a new Salon, but Lauren really did a perfect cut for me xx Merry Christmas all I meant to pop back in Lauren with a little something but hubby wanted us to rush for the bus, I will pop in next week.
