Exceptional service. I would highly recommend. My mum has had some difficulties with her eyes of late and Giles Opticians have been nothing but helpful. They made prompt referrals to the Hospital and completed a very thorough after review today. I'm sure that lesser opticians would have tried to sell her expensive glasses whereas Giles are making sure that the cause is tackled first.

Great good old fashioned customer service and specialist treatment, something sadly lacking in most walks of life is found here, a breath of fresh air for anyone who appreciates good service and professional care, all at a reasonable price
I have used Giles Opticians for over 24 years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. All of the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. On 6th November I saw Mr Rai for a very thorough eye test, using impressive modern equipment, following which he answered any questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed, and I was, as always, confident with the expert advice I was given. As my prescription had changed significantly, and I needed new glasses, I had to choose new frames. Saw Mr Rai for eye test, amazing patience with me. Hansa helped me select frames, again, someone patient....I have a small head for an adult and can have difficulty getting frames for varifocals. Collected specs yesterday and am delighted that all 3 pairs are perfect for my vision. Have 3 issues and have always had problems with at least one pair. Not here. Can't express how happy and pleased I am with the service and end results. Thank you
