Stay away from Abacus Building. They don't have responsible staff. In Abacus Building, there wasn't a lift working for straight 3 months. Even after that, the lift had issues every few days. It's very problematic for people living on higher floors.
Since Chris / Giant Property Management took over from Centrick, so much has been done so quickly. The communication has been excellent and thing that leaseholders have been requesting for months are already underway in a matter of weeks. I fully appreciate the hard work.
Chris and the team at Giant Property Management are great. They are responsive, thorough and they really care about supporting the properties they look after. Our block improved greatly once Chris and the team took over.
