Really pleased with my hair. Beth was cheerful and discussed the process step by step. Has made my hair a lot more easy to manage. Will definitely be back :)

I popped in for a fringe trim, the lovely receptionist, I think her name was jasmine, cut my fringe for me, she did it very well, and was a lovely friendly lady.

If I could put no stars I would! Completely messed me around I had an appointment booked for 12:30 and I was there 10 minutes early however just before my time slot I was told that the stylist booked to do my hair is running 45 minutes behind so they asked me to wait, which I could not to as I booked this appointment to be able to have my hair done before an event.
