Matthew was very pleasant and attentive, keeping me informed every step of the way, and offering styling tips to get the most out of my new haircut. I was very impressed with the whole experience, and will be visiting again when I next need a trim.

We booked our 17 year old son into the salon with Rob. We were a little apprehensive as it was his first colour. Rob was brilliant from the first consultation. He listened to Joseph, gave great advice and took on board Joseph’s wishes. Joseph is very pleased with his Final Cut and colour today. It is actually a better finish than we had hoped. He has booked again for 6 weeks and is looking forward to his next appointment. Just a little thank you to Rob for making the process so smooth.

I have not been happy with my colour last 2 times I visited. Last time I complained but it’s such a pain when you are working as I went in first time then manager called me back second time to speak with stylist even though she was there first time then went back third time to find they were only putting a temp wash so it took 4 attempts to get it sorted. I take day off work so annoying when my hairdresser is changed. Customer care is awful.! I was starting to feel v miserable and even anxious so left to go elsewhere.
