Well I went in for an appointment for a recall waited 2 1/2 hours only to be told their out of the part. Why did it take so long to tell me they don't have the part?

I visited them two weeks ago looking for a car. I don't have much credit so I knew that the process would be long. I met with Courtney that day! She greeted me with a willingness to help.
