When I came into the dealership I only came looking the salesperson named Rashad is lying b**** he waspushy and very dishonest person. When I came in I told him that only wanted the credit union to finance my car because of the low interest rate this lying ass young man told me that my car was financed to the credit union I know I should have read the fine print but when you believe somebody cause you never bought a car from a dealership it got Finance to Bank of America with the higher interest rate I would never recommend ... read more

Courtney sawyer is honestly amazing. The whole company in general is respectful and full of great people. Offer you waters, and small snacks. Courtney wasn't too pushy but she makes sure you're comfortable and happy!! She's all around a great person, and I definitely recommend her. She'll do everything and anything to get you in a vehicle that you're happy with. 5 stars for sure!!
Came across a truck I was interested in on the Gerry Wood website and requested some more information about the truck. I was contacted by Tommy Boykin who was extremely helpful in providing additional details and pictures that I requested. He was willing to work after hours just to show me the truck because I was not able to make it in time due to work conflicts. All around great customer service and not too pushy like some dealerships!
Tommy was very helpful in our car buying process. We had concerns about the vehicle we purchased, and he addressed those with the mechanics to get parts ordered. Even though it was a busy day he took his time and even got our three kids balloons to keep them happy.
