Im going to have to give y'all a 1 star here. I spoke to "Max" on your online help. I was trying to get an answer for the limited lifetime powertrain warranty. He could not answer any questions. every time i was asking about it he kept deflecting to wanting my information so a sales rep could call me. I don't need a sales rep, I'm in TX. if the warranty was truly offered by RAM Trucks and not some shady third party company I would make the drive for my next truck. hopefully you can train Max and his coworkers better on your ... read more
Got a email from them telling me my oil change was due no appointment needed 30 minutes or less. When I got there it was a hour and half wait. I guess since my oil changes are free that a way not to honor it no one should have to wait that long. Service manager seems he could care less. He said that was a average. If that the case quit sending out emails stating 30 minutes or less not a good experience
