Service is very fair to customers but unfair to their employees, they care about turning as many cars through the shop as possible which is fine but you can't skip out on the well being of your employees along with possible unsafe working conditions, working there for about a year showed me they didn't care about us

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We bought our brand new Jeep Wrangler from them. Had troubles with the lift they put on and tire holder on our back door. Have taken it back several times and they refuse to fix the problems. They claim nothing is wrong. Took to Hendrick, the suspension and lift are out of spec and deemed unsafe to drive. We have contacted Chrysler and have a case against them. THEY DO NOT STAND UP TO THE WARRANTY OR THE WORK THEY DO. Hope this gets out to many people so others won't go through the same frustrations.
