I was greeted positive and friendly for my recall, explained how long the service would take, and where to wait. Free coffee and popcorn was available. Nice waiting area, only thing needed was WiFi !! I was notified when my service was completed, and received a complimentary car wash! Very prompt service!!
Good service is a must. Gerry Wood definitely fulfilling this need. Shane Forester handled it nicely. Outstanding.
Had to go in for an FCA recall for a water pump. David Garner was my service manager and he ensured I had a shuttle to work with little to no wait time. They performed all services on the same day as requested.

Very impressed with David Neal in sales and the others in service the cars we drove to test out were prepared for us they were more than helpful and gave us all the info we needed to make our minds up. We felt no heavy pressure to make a selection right now which is good because when I am spending that amount of money and I have a 2017 in my driveway I don't need any pressure. I like feeling informed when making decisions and David did a great job. even if we don't buy now we will go back and do the deal with David Neal.
