RecommendedAfter having a problem with the dealer who I purchased my 2018 Pacifica from, I turned to Gerry Woods Chrysler. I found they were truly interested in resolving my warranty issue. Very friendly people, Jordon was very helpful and courteous. My sincerest thanks go out to everyone there. My only regret is I didn't purchase my Pacifica from them. Next time guys.

Professional staff in the service department. Had an oil change and was in and out in about an hour which was good because they were busy.
When my dealer told me it would be two weeks before they could do a simple oil change I went to Gerry Wood in Salisbury and got in the express lane at 7:30 AM and was leaving the service dept. at 8:10 AM. I will get my service done at Jerry w Wood from now on. The drive from Lexington to Salisbury is worth the difference to me... Thank you
