Great dealership bad service writers, I bought 2 vehicles here and it was a great experience, however the service writers never have your best interest, I get it they’re there to make money. I took my 2009 in for an oil change,milage 106,000; on May 26, 2023. Usually I go to Arrowhead Honda but this was closer to errands. While waiting for my oil change, Victor came to me and said I needed a timing belt, said and showed me, the carfax report indicated the water pump had been changed previously but not the timing belt. Easiest buying experience ever! Our salesman Kody identified quickly exactly what we were looking for in a new car and directed us to just the right one. A fair price was offered for our two trade-ins. Processing took a couple of hours, but that is normal. They treated us well.

I had the worse experience at this dealership than I have ever had before. We were waiting to finalize our sale after having already negotiated a price for a new Honda Accord. My husband, myself, the sale person, and whoever he goes and runs to every time we counter all agreed. I took my 2013 Honda Accord in for a simple oil change. . It took about 2.5 hours. Watched as mechanics stood outside smoking and laughing. Many other customers were upset as well. Service advisor tried to upsell me on having the timing belt changed, but my 4 cylinder has a timing chain. Horrible dishonest people. They will not see my car again. Trying to take advantage of people is not good for business.

If there is one thing I cannot stand, it would be a pushy salesman. My fiancé and I went to Germain Honda last Thursday to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles, a 2020 Honda Accord.
