Had my Pilot serviced in the shop since new. Service Advisor has always honored other dealers valid coupons and works with me to get the service I need at a price within my budget. Service and waiting areas are spotless and plenty of free drinks and snacks to accommodate most reasonable people. Premium service with genuine Honda parts and factory technicians makes for a premium experience. $20 less than Valvoline and they even wash my car.

I arranged for a 8:30am service to be performed on my 2017 Honda SI at Germain Honda on Tuesday the 14th of May 2024. I arrived one minute early 8:29 I checked the car in with I believe *****************************. Once checked in i proceeded to a sitting area and read my nook, and my phone. David McKee got involved after my negative review and has been working with me on the issue. David and his team have been trying to diagnose the AC problem but unfortunately the issue still exists. I had a great experience buying my Honda, however the service dept has been terrible. After reading these reviews my experience is very similar. I made an appt with the service dept and when I showed up for the appt. I was told by the service advisor that there wasn't an appt scheduled. I asked if anything could be done and was told "come back Thursday". Great advice, I think I'll relay the message to my boss when I need to take off more time to take my vehicle to another Honda servicer.
