Outstanding customer service Phil was great to work with, he is laid back and not in your face high pressure sales. He worked hard to win us over and was able to get a great price for our new Odyssey. When we purchased our last Odyssey we went with another dealer who worked with us pricing. Phil let us know that he wanted us to buy from Germain and we were very pleased with the entire process. Kudos to all.

A very pleasant car buying experience We highly recommend Evan! He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and courteous - never pushy or high pressure like you might experience at other dealerships. Second car purchase and both went fantastic! We came in on a heavy snow day where our "go to" sales guy, Evan, was off. We were very nicely helped by Bob who talked to us and got the car ready for a drive. It was really snowy so there was much cleaning off to do to get the car ready. We ended up not driving the car very far or very fast but we were able to get a good look at it inside and out and a pretty good idea if we liked it or not. Very thankful to Bob for his help. Untrustworthy Terrible customer service is an understatement. They incompetently handled paperwork and misrepresented a recall to a potential customer. Try another dealer if you desire this model.
