Cody was not helpful I brought my car in for repairs and when I picked it up more issues were broken. I called Cody and when I told him what happened he talked to me like I was the biggest idiot on the face of the Earth and that nothing they did could have possibly done anything. Our records indicate that you brought your vehicle in and we did an oil change, recall airbag inflator, tire balance, tie rod, and a wheel alignment with tire rod replacement. Service department crushing it The service department at Germain is always fast and nice and friendly. This past time there was a minor issue with my windshield wipers and they were all very nice handling it and gave me a free oil change coupon for my (super minor) troubles.

Very good dealership, no pressure tactics Just purchased my third car from this dealership. Very good dealership, Salesman Luis was excellent to deal with.
