Worst customer service ever! I have called, went in person and left messages, and they never called me back to let me know about the status of my service card. Both Jerome and Mario seemed nice but they never responded to my calls and in-person visits about my status. so disappointed.

Brock Bachelder Brock did an outstanding job taking care of us as we got ready to buy our new HRV. He was patient, professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Plus he took care of every detail, including finding us the color we wanted most. He listened carefully to our needs and helped us get exactly the deal we needed to make it all fall into place. We've been buying cars from this dealership since 1990 and this was probably the best experience yet! Thanks again, Brock!

New vehicle purchase Working with Jason was easy and a good experience. I’ve had 4 prior purchases of Honda Accord vehicles from this dealership when it was Howard Cooper Honda and my salesperson for those purchases has retired. So I had no knowledge of the type of salesperson I would be dealing with. Jason was wonderful. He was patient with my trying to decide what type of vehicle I might get. Denies waranty coverage The service department staff are very rude and uncooperative. I have visited them many times and each time they have been combative and mocked my troubles. I recently visited them regarding a defective wheel that was leaking air. They refused to cover it and wanted $80 just to remove the wheel and clean the corrosion off then put it back together. This would have taken them 30 minutes but they would rather deny the warranty coverage and have me drive around on unsafe wheels. Before you visit this deal... read more

Very happy with the service department. The mechanics know their stuff and are able to clearly explain and answer your questions without condescending-even when you find yourself imitating that sound that only happens when they are out of earshot.
