Strange circumstances- Still a Great Experience! Jay was up front with the process of exploring available used vehicles at this time, pricing,and trade. Pleasant and with a good sense of humor he helped make the process go very smoothly. He resourcefully researched our questions even though we were buying a Chevy from a Honda dealer! He is a great person to deal with!

Low pressure, comfortable. I like cars and have worked most of my working life in the auto industry but I don't like buying cars. ( I don't like parting with my hard earned money.) I stopped in at Germain Honda one evening just to look at some cars and had a couple of questions and I met Mitch Hardcastle a bright, young and informative salesperson. Jeff Williams was my sales representative; I have bought three cars from him, just a A++ representative for Honda. Over twenty some years, I have purchased five Hondas, (sister bought two Hondas also).
