General manager/owner is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I've ever delt with.
We had a recurring bedbug issue, initiated at another home we'd been to, and had to have our home treated twice---a year apart. No fun! But, Tim and crew made the whole experience far less of a burden with their excellent service. Thanks so much! But, sure hope we don't have to see you professionally again! :)
Love this company! Tim has been out personally every time with his tech - I feel so comfortable with them in my home, I left to take the dog to the vet while they treated. Much appreciated from a busy, working mom!
We have needed to use GerMadic twice now and both times they have been nothing short of amazing! The guys go way above and beyond. This time we were in the process of moving and I swear...the guys were helping us carry furniture in!!! I mean seriously, what company does that??! The guys are courteous , very informative, friendly, and just plain Awsome! I will always use GerMadic for all our pest problems from now on! Thanks guys!!!

Excellent customer service and outstanding treatments.
They did a really good job and explain everything to us exactly what they were going to do and how long we needed to be gone and that when we returned that it would also be safe for our pets!!! Review Links:
The Techs were very friendly and informative. They gave quite a bit of information on bedbugs. They did a great job with the first treatment. My family has already seen a difference and we haven't had the second treatment yet. The Techs did a great job! I will definitely recommend Germadic to family and friends!
