Tim came out to my home and when I called to see if my brand new mattress would remain stained he yelled at me with so much disrespect. He got on the phone and yelled at me. So disrespectful I couldn't believe how disrespectful he was to me. I will report him and his wife or whoever answers the phone. I would like to talk to their legal person. Tim degraded me and called me a liar. He came to my house once and said he would not come out the 2nd time.
