Dealer quickly responded and was very responsive to my questions. The on line staff, and on site sales staff were professional & courteous. My irritation was as to their website. The site represented that there was a "special internet price" which could be activated by giving them my contact information. There was no such price. It simply a ploy to get my contact information. We emailed and text at 9:30 am and made an appointment to come see a car at 4:00 pm because we were coming from 2 hours away. We were in contact with Cynthia all day to confirm that the car we wanted to look at was still there and her response was, “I just checked with my preowned car manager and yes...it is here and available to test drive.” When we got there, the car we came to test drive had not been through service, inspection, or cleaned. Ehab are salesperson was exceedingly nice telling the truth right from the start and got us a great deal he fully went through with explanation on how to work the vehicle I made the transition from our old car into the new car complete very quickly even Tony the business manager was excellent.
