We wanted to purchase a new Scooby and checked TruCar and Costco. Costco had the better price, but they sent us to Gerald. I am still waiting for your salesman Christian to send me the invoice and quoted price. When I left he could not even remember what he quoted me, wrote nothing down and wanted me to put a deposit down. Why would i buy a car from you guys when you play games, certainly not I. Plenty of other dealers that want my money. You just lost a potential customer and I will not recommend this dealer to anyone i know..
