Recommendedwhen i went there I was amaze how they make you feel at home. i dont feel being pressure to buy their cars... they give you offer and litterally give you the chance to decide if you want to buy... i felt my descision was respected a lot specially with eddy my sales rep... he dont pressure you at all... he give you choice and explain everything to you.... and more importantly they sell you a quality car....

The sales rep did stay in contact up until it was sold. But the car was not offered to the public, a mechanic bought it several days after dealer received it. I saw the sale alert from CarGurus before sales rep contacted me. They also admitted that their pricing is aggressive and competitive.
Despite my Subaru not working well of late and paying more and more money to sustain it's "dependability", I have always appreciated the Gerald staff. They have always been kind and upfront/fair with their service. Rudy and Colin specifically have been great representing the department.
I love this dealership and excellent customer service specially Kelly Thomas,she is awesome sales consultant this is confirm that my next purchase is with her Thanks to Kelly and his Manager.

Salesman could be knowledgeable about their stock -- what features a car does or does not have. Could not make statements that are not true, e.g., that Costco and TrueCar don't deal with Used Cars -- they do.
Have always had a good experience with your service department. My last visit on August 17’ 2018, was no exception
Ehab was outstanding to work with. He has excellent knowledge of the vehicle features. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family.
