Awful experience and an absolute waste of time with salesman trying to purchase a new car!!
RecommendedMade the car buying experience, the test rack is very nice to check out things you normally do not get see on road test drives. Good start of hopefully a long relationship.
Love our new Subaru and the salesperson as well. What I don't love is the service, or lack there of. I've made only 3 payments on my Subaru and needed to schedule a service appointment because the air conditioner is broke and the transmission slips. My appointment is not for 3 weeks. On a brand new vehicle, that seems like a long time. Needless to say, we are going to another dealer that is more accommodating.
I love Gerald Subaru! All of my experiences with the Gerald staff have been wonderful. They really take care of their customers. They are helpful, kind and sincere. I've had recalls taken care of as well as random paperwork issues and every time I have been more than satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership for buying and servicing!

Very courteous and helpful
Dealer was initially great, prompt response upon my internet inquiry, had me scheduled for a test drive, everything seemed great! Drove about 3.5 hours to get there (I live in Fort Wayne Indiana) just to find out the car had sold the day before. Not only was I reassured the car was there the day I drove out but I was told that I would be notified if the car was still there!
