Friday we went to just look at the Forster and test drive one. Our sales person, Ehab, was the most helpful person we could have asked for. We had been to three other car dealers including another Subaru dealer and NONE of them came close to being as helpful as Ehab was. The customer service in the service center is TERRIBLE!!! My fiance brought his Subaru STI here for service. The employee crashed his car while driving it recklessly, which the service manager will not admit to. They had his car for over 2 weeks to "fix it". They refused to give any discount on the original service to make up for the inconvenience this caused. His car is not the same as it was before like they promised it would be. The car now pulls to the left and the paint doesn't match.
Jesse Bush at Gerald Subaru of Naperville is the guy to go to! He is the kindest sales consultant I have ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of!
when i went there I was amaze how they make you feel at home. i dont feel being pressure to buy their cars... they give you offer and litterally give you the chance to decide if you want to buy... i felt my descision was respected a lot specially with eddy my sales rep... he dont pressure you at all... he give you choice and explain everything to you.... and more importantly they sell you a quality car....

Despite my Subaru not working well of late and paying more and more money to sustain it's "dependability", I have always appreciated the Gerald staff. They have always been kind and upfront/fair with their service. Rudy and Colin specifically have been great representing the department.
