I waited while my car was serviced and the work was performed in a thorough, timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and seemed anxious to please. Overall, a very positive experience.
I was so happy with my Service Advisor, Ashley A., that I will definitely continue getting my Subie serviced at Gerald Subaru of Naperville! She was very professional and had great knowledge of the service paperwork she had presented me with. On top of that, her smile is contagious! Definitely recommend getting your Subie serviced there!

The staff lady we dealt with was awesome. Sell was very soft and she spent a lot of time with us.. Would have been 5 stars if not for the hard sell on the protective system (Resist all or something like). I found that, especially after the soft sell, to be uncomfortable.. This is our first time at this dealer and our first time buying a Subaru. We walked in without an appointment and Jesse immediately met us at the door. Jesse asked us about our expectations and needs and did an excellent job providing us with a couple of model choices. This was definitely the most painless experience we've had in more that 20 years buying a car. We love our new car and Jesse couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. They clearly need additional business managers because many customers were buying Subarus.
This was my first experience with Gerald Subaru and I could not have been more impressed with both the car and our salesman Jim Webb. He was very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about the product, which put us at ease. I bought a 2018 Outback on August 10th and I am enjoying it more everyday. Jim spent time to show us the many features of the new technology, which sold us, and he sync'd up the phone for us.
Leo Lopez and Gerald Subaru of Naperville went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out of there completely satisfied with the car I chose. Not only was Leo extremely patient with me (I stopped in on numerous occasions to look at and test drive copious amounts of cars) but he didn't back down when it came to helping me get the best deal with my new 2017 Legacy Sport, both with the price of the car and the price of the warranty.
