My sales agent, Paulo, offered to remove the added on dealer fees and $1,200 off the price of the car. When reviewing my loan details the following day i was angry to discover that neither discount was applied. When i confronted him about it, he told me that instead he had lowered my interest rate to get me a payment that was comparable to the price at the old rate. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.
Very nice, neat and clean! I went in thinking I wasn’t going to be able get a car, but Hubert and his manager were able to come up with an awesome deal I couldn’t pass up. I am very happy with my Outback. If I know anyone looking for a car, I’ll definitely recommend Hubert and Gerald Subaru of Naperville! Thank you so much for everything!!
Nick and Anthony were absolutely amazing! Nick was very genuine and had my family's best interest at heart. He was able to negotiate the price of our new vehicle to ensure we were at a payment that we were comfortable with. Anthony was very patient and explained the paperwork and warranties thoroughly and in detail. We haven't purchased a car in over 10 years and this was by far the best experience.

They were very helpful from beginning to end.
Neat and clean. The waiting area provides everything I needed, very impressive. When my repair was going to take longer, they provided a loaner with no hassles. Highly recommend
Love my Outback, the service (yay for Collin) and the waiting area. But please dont kid us you "love the earth" when you only provide plastic stirrers and the showroom is full of balloons!
