The salesman was great but they wouldn’t work with me on the price of my trade.
The facility is nice and modern style. I bought a New Subaru Ascent last August *******. My salesman name ******* ****** was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experienced to Mr ******* ***** a business manager. I bought an extended warranty, I told him that I will pay separate for the extended warranty. When my wife and I went home, I reviewed the loan contract he included the extended warranty in my loan and put my payment to extra down payment. We apologize to the customer for the communication. This should have been a transaction aside from the car deal. The total interest that will be paid over the term of the loan on the cost of the Service Contract is $102.24. We have cut a check to the customer today, and mailed to their home. We apologize again, and appreciate their business!

Terrible experience. This cars was used for bait and switch. Seller said car was a whole sale deal and in terrible shape. Other cars available that were more what we were looking for! Scammers at best!
