Horrible. Atrocious. Terrible. My customer service experience with the service department at Gerald Subaru North Aurora on 10/13/25. We brought our 2020 Subaru Ascent in to have the front brakes checked out (again). There was a recall on this model due to a recurring squeaking noise when braking, which required replacing affected parts including the pads and rotors. Never have I ever looked forward to going to a car dealership for autocare...until I bought a Subaru from Gerald in Naperville. Jacob in the Service Department is my go-to guy, and I couldn't be happier. From his genuine care for me as a Subaru owner to the overall ambiance of a spotless facility, I am proud to recommend him, the dealership, and the Subaru brand to anyone who will listen (and I have!).
Jose was great to work with. Accommodating and helpful with what my car needed for service. Jacob was also great with explaining and closing out my service costs. Staff is always very kind and professional. Gerald Subaru is always top-notch! Im very pleased with Gerald with how their customers!
