Cannot express how excited we are for our new roof! Georgia Roof Advisors were absolutely amazing. Great communication throughout the entire process (especially Joshua!) including being the liaison with insurance company and so patient and helpful. The best part was automated updates so we could see the entire process happen live. So cool! Highly recommend! We would give 10 stars if that was an option.
GA Roof Advisors gets an A+ from me on communication, customer service and professionalism. They completed an inspection on my roof - from inside the attic and from on top of the roof - and gave me a thorough explanation of their findings. They also provided me with dozens of photos so I could see everything myself. I'm fortunate I don't need a new roof now, but when I do, I will definitely be calling GA Roof Advisors again.
