As someone with a mobility issue, finding a gym that feels comfortable to be in and that i have others supporting me is 10/10. Without the support of everyone at Generation I wouldn’t be confident enough to push myself to the next level without fear of failure! Love going to the gym and being able to have a good laugh with everyone there 🤩
I hadn't been in a gym in years, soon as I walked thru the doors I was made feel welcome...I signed up for PT with Demi and can hinestly say its one of my best decisions ive made. Ive only been there a few weeks and already feel right at home....Both Demi and Charlie have supported me on my sessions and my confidence has slowly gone up.. An absolute top gym! All the equipment you could ever need, but it’s the community that really makes this place what it is! I’ve never once been in and not had at least a few members or staff ask how I was getting on and genuinely show an interest in my life/training. Also the crèche is an absolute godsend as a father of a toddler! Gains can still be made!
I was very nervous to start the gym and my very first day training with Charlie Neild everyone was welcoming to me
Brilliant gym to work in and community to be apart of. Has a lovely welcoming team, plenty of space and good equipment. Things are constantly stepping up to become one of the best gyms in glasgow
