Went to get my car serviced when I first bought Santa Fe Sport 2013. The guy behind the counter I believe was Logan was very helpful. He made sure the car didn't have any issues. The most important part was the attitude. They know how to treat their customers well. Very satisfied with their service :)

My entire experience with the staff from the front desk receptionist to the guy in service dept was excellent. My salesmen, Geoff, was literally heaven sent and a blessing....no doubt. All is great except parts department where there was 3 people working an it took 10 min. for any one of them to ask if i needed help
Love the parts sevice there!! Woman on phone was rude but everyone treated us great!!

Horrible service at the parts section. Aside from all the problems we've had with incorrect Billing and etc, today I Waited for about 12 minutes and no one came to assist me . Yes I totally understand people are busy especially when they're "counting" but always have someone available to assist those that come in. I asked a "worker", can you please get someone to help me at the parts department. They responded "oh I can't help you with that". Who trained that person to work and have customer service?!
