I bought my new Santa Fe in late August. The actual sale went very smooth, had some issues with a few dings, scratches and a stain on carpet, this car was a demo, but they were resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Jeff, Casey, and Matthew! I recommend Gene Messer Hyundai to others. Don't be afraid to speak up if you don't like something. I'm living proof that they want to make you happy.

Jessica has no professionalism or communication skills. She also seems depressed and tired. Really the whole feel when you walk in the used cars building is sort of like walking into a non legitimate car dealership. The only person that seemed to be qualified to be there was the finance person (black guy). Will certainly not recommend!

We purchased new and used vehicles from here the whole process is awesome from the receptionist to the GM everyone is amazing they really are looking out for your best interest. Not just in it to sell you a car.

Service Department... Wow...what to say...I had my car towed there (it wouldn't start and the electrical system somehow locked and my keys where inside). They unlocked the car and never looked into my original problem (yes...they said they thought I had it towed there to be unlocked. I spoke to several people about my issues!!). If I had not called to check on my car they would have never called me! AND! They towed it to the bigger Gene Messer Chevrolet the next morning WITHOUT notifying me! No one from the Hyundai location ... read more

Heather did a GREAT job finding and making arrangements for us to drive the used car we bought. She stayed in touch without being a pest and we found what we needed! Curtice also helped us resolve problems we incurred in McKinney and at Kia. Highly recommend Heather if you are looking for a car! They will take care of you!!!
