Maybe for buying a car the dealership is ok, but it took over 4 months to get my car back from the service dept. I am happy that the manager Mike finally got involved and resolved the issue, but nothing was done until he got involved. Usually when they do service, you get your car back washed and detailed.... after all the waiting, they didn’t even do that! Overall it was a very frustrating situation.
Everyone was extremely helpful and made the process fast and painless.
Sales department was great when we bought our car. Service department needs some work. 3 hours for an oil change, WITH an appointment, is ridiculous. No communication while we waited. Very frustrating

It doesn’t matter if it’s sales or service. I have always been well taken care of at Gene Messer Hyundai. On the sales side, Matthew and Logun are always easy to work with. In service, I recommend having an appointment. When you come in for an appointment you are in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

The service was quick and courteous. I was given a courtesy ride and then picked up all within an hour.
