I bought a new Hyundai in Lubbock in August. My safety sticker was sent with the wrong county displayed. I talked to 4 people at the dealership since September with no communication or results. Very frustrating!

I was assisted by Jeremy Nelson in my most recent car buying experience. He made it quick and easy to buy a new car that fit me the best. Amazing customer service!
The wait time is unacceptably long-3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation-even though I had an appointment. I was told that an unlimited number of appointments can be scheduled for the same time. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, he said that he had been trying to get this changed with no success for three years and was trying to hire more technicians-these were the excuses I was given. Because of my complaint, I was not charged for the service, which was nice, but I can’t get my time back.
