I love this place America's Best warranty
I had an appointment at 7am. I was told it would take 3 hrs. I told them I would need to be picked up from work between 2pm and 230pm. I called at 145 and was told my car was not ready and they had not even started on it. The person that was supposed to do the work was at lunch. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there were some jobs from the day before that were not finished that they had to complete.
