RecommendedToday was the first time I did not get a new reminder for my next oil change. The service was performed on time but I did not receive a car wash as I have in the past. I will come back but I was not impressed today.

Cruise Control Malfunctioned. While the service guys were very friendly, when they advised me that the cruise control module was going to cost $4,000.00+ to replace I gagged. That’s 1/10th of the price the 2011 Genesis cost new! So, while I recognize that it isn’t Gene Messer’s fault, I’m not happy with Hyundai right now.

I shopped around and a gentleman by the name Mathew in new cars called a I told him what I was looking for and he found it for me and delivered it to Odessa from Lubbock free of charge I will definitely tell people where to go for they next vehicle thanks Mathew for you help

Gene Messer Hyundai service is top notch. I count on them to keep my car up to date for performance and for warranty requirements. Kristian Chen is the best service writer around! My car runs as good today as it did when I bought it 5 years ago.
