I am on my way to get my car after the SECOND TIME dropping it off... 2 times it has been dropped of it was not worked on AT ALL.the worker ( Claudia Puente) was rude and unprofessional during every call. Constantly did not know anything about what was happening to my car. When I told her I wanted to talk to a manger and explained my distress(Calmly and professional) She hung up the phone on me and continued to forward my calls. I do not recommend getting your car serviced through them, customers are clearly not their priority and could care less about satisfaction. Very rude and unprofessional. My car is still not fixed after 2 visits and have yet to see any management try to fix the situation.

Not very good for service. Second time I’ve dealt with the place and they get parts orders wrong and have been rude on the phone. I will never get a Hyundai again if I have to deal with them.

I was hesitant about Gene Messer Hyundai.... but they quickly blew me away with their professionalism and customer service. I was contacted by a couple people not in a pushy way but making sure I was being taken care of!! They did everything over the phone, I just had to come in and sign paper and pick up my vehicle!! Which I am loving!! Thank you Gene Messer Hyundai!! Brendan Cimino was great to work with!!!

Took my car in for a factory update and an oil change after almost 2 hours I had new oil and no upgrade. even though I got the piece of mail saying I needed to bring it in for preventative measures. upon leaving and doing 75 down the highway found out they didnt put the screws back in the plastic under piece and about scared the hell out of tje entire family when we were passing a semi and the wind caught the plastic flap and started making a screeching growling noise very loud. after calling and talking to them they told me... read more
